Pedagogical Supervision
We have developed and are currently experimenting with a pedagogical supervision model to recognize and enhance the professionalism of our operators, innovate methodologies, and maintain a specific focus on the pedagogical aspects in our projects.
Networking
For us, building a network within the community means sharing responsibility towards the people who live it . That’s why we aim to establishing connections with local institutions, third-sector organizations, associations, informal citizen groups, schools, and companies. Our common goal is to create shared value and encourage active participation from everyone in their respective areas.
