We have decided to invest in informatization for various reasons, including:
- To be more green;
- To be more competitive in our commercial offer;
- To be more efficient and support workers in optimizing their work.
Digitalization of Early Childhood Services
We have invested in a platform to streamline attendance tracking in nurseries, to share activities with parents, to facilitate communication between staff and parents, to send alerts to the parent in case of absence, and to carry out Green Pass checks.
Every parent can access the app securely to view the most relevant information about their child.

Digitalization of Environment and Culture Services
In light of the pandemic, we introduced the virtual tour of the Chiaravalle Abbey.
It consists of a sequence of videos, narratives, music, texts, and panoramic or 3D images.

Digitalization of Minors and Families Services
In light of the Covid-19 emergency, school guidance was creatively rethought, uniquely combining video games and the escape room experience to engage middle school students online in the guidance process for choosing their school address.
By testing their skills in searching for treasures, defeating monsters, and navigating a hostile environment, adolescents become aware of their abilities through “learning by doing,” understanding the importance of collaboration with others as a possibility for personal growth.

Digitalization of Work Processes and Tools
- We have equipped ourselves with a B2C (Business to Consumer) marketplace platform for the direct sale of some services.
- Our service satisfaction questionnaires have been digitized, both with a green perspective (paper saving) and to make it easier for our customers to complete at any time and to make data reprocessing more efficient.
- We are also digitizing primary and support work processes (administration, personnel, purchasing, research and development,…) through the creation of new software/IT tools.
