LEARN MORE ABOUT WHISTELBLOWING
whistleblowing, an English term that in Italian generally translates as <“reporting of wrongdoing”, is the process through which individuals who become aware of crimes, violations of laws and regulations, or fraudulent activities in a work context spontaneously decide to report them, bringing them to the attention of the organization itself.
It provides for a confidential channel of communication with the whistleblower, in order to protect his or her identity and protect him or her from possible retaliation.
whistleblowingcan involve all internal or external parties who collaborate or relate to Koinè within the work context. If someone believes they have become aware of an offense due to their employment relationship with Koine, they can submit a report through a dedicated internal channel that protects their identity. Koinè aims to ensure protection both in terms of confidentiality and from potential retaliatory measures for individuals who report themselves, contributing to the emergence and prevention of risks and situations that are detrimental to the Cooperative and, consequently, to the collective public interest.
