Certifications
We believe that the quality and transparency of our way of working are fundamental requirements to adequately and professionally respond to the needs of the people and families who choose our services.
For this reason, for several years now, we have been certifying our work processes and systematically carrying out surveys on customer satisfaction.
GENDER EQUALITY UNI/PdR 125:2022
Since November 2024, we have obtained certification to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard on “Gender Equality,” which guarantees the adequacy of the company’s organizational structure to the principles of gender equality.
Obtaining this certification demonstrates our commitment to inclusivity, understood as valuing diversity and guaranteeing equal opportunities for all individuals.
We promote a fair and respectful corporate culture where every individual can contribute their unique value.

LEGALITY RATING
The Italian Competition Authority (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) assigned us the LEGALITY RATING with a score of ★★ ++ (out of a maximum of 3 stars) on January 24, 2023, which was renewed in January 2025.
The Legality Rating is a synthetic indicator of companies’ compliance with high standards of legality.
It recognizes the high indices of respect for the law, prevention of crimes and criminal infiltration, and transparency of companies that work in compliance with regulatory and non-regulatory requirements, listing them in a dedicated roster of virtuous companies.
Over 10,000 companies in Italy have received the legality rating, and only 8% have a score of more than two stars.

ISO 9001:2015
Since 2004, the cooperative has been compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
In January 2010, the validity of the Certification was renewed with an update to the ISO 9001:2008 standard, and subsequently, the cooperative’s processes were certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 2015 standards. This quality certification covers all the cooperative’s service lines (early childhood, minors and families, environment and culture, training).
The cooperative has defined a dynamic organizational model always aimed at the continuous improvement of effectiveness and efficiency, in order to increase customer satisfaction through appropriate responses to their requests.
The monitoring and measurement of customer satisfaction (local administrations, entities, companies, direct clients) occurs constantly and through different methods and tools:
- The collection, analysis, and management of complaints and suggestions;
- The administration and processing of satisfaction questionnaires;
- Service verification meetings with clients and direct customers.
The collected data are then processed, and corrective and/or preventive actions are implemented aimed at improving the quality of services in response to the requests expressed by customers.

UNI 11034: 2003
Since 2013, the Cooperative has obtained certification to the UNI 11034 “Early Childhood Services. Service Requirements” standard , a guarantee tool regarding the reliability and quality of the service where many children aged 0–6 spend their time.
