The School Educational Assistance Service (AES)
The School Educational Assistance Service (AES) is aimed at children with certified disabilities pursuant to Law 104/92. The objective is to guarantee the right to education, instruction, and social and school integration for people with disabilities. The socio-pedagogical professional educator intervenes individually during school hours, in synergy with teaching staff and the family. The Service is provided, upon request from the Municipalities and the relevant District, in the territories of Milan, Bergamo, Lecco, and Monza Brianza.
Guidance
The school and professional guidance service is aimed at minors and adults with the objective of supporting them in choosing their study or professional path, increasing awareness of their own resources and abilities.
The activities include:
- skills assessment (individual and/or group)
- simulation activities (job interviews, selection tests)
- support for drafting the curriculum vitae (CV) and cover letter
Social Prevention and Reintegration
The social prevention and reintegration service is aimed at people of all ages who are experiencing a situation of social vulnerability and fragility and who need to be accompanied on a path of social and professional inclusion. The objective of the service is the promotion of autonomy, self-esteem, and relational skills to effectively face the social context and the working reality.
The actions include:
- training and job guidance pathways
- support for active job searching
- volunteering and internship activities.
